What is a Waterdhavian Noble in DND?

You are a descendant of one of the noble families in Waterdeep, a family that is proud of their lineage and well respected around Faerun. You carry the surname of the family and along with it the responsibilities.

And the reason that you have decided to take on this great adventure into the dungeons is related to your family one way or the other. Maybe you want to prove yourself or maybe want to defend the honor of your family’s lineage. Or perhaps, you are a rebel, and you want to do things your way and not follow what your family stands for.

You could be the possible heir to the throne that carries your family’s legacy or perhaps you are not the heir but someone that carries the family’s name, maybe a cousin to the potential heir of the throne. 

Note: You can decide what family you belong to with the help of your DM. There are over 75 families in the Waterdeep, carrying different legacies and values, some richer than the others.
