What used to be a happy and peaceful place, with hard-working laborers spending their evenings at the joyous Goblins inns to relax and take a break, has turned upside down. With most of the Phlan citizens being killed, only those have survived, who had a sense of what is to come.
You are one of those people who consider them lucky to have survived such a gruesome tragedy that wiped all the Phlan. Your instincts and the ability to sense the change saved you from untimely death and kept you alive with more than a piece of clothes on your back.
What is a Phlan Refugee in DND?
After the tragic incident and gruesome attacks on Phlan, most of the citizens were wiped out. What used to be a safe place has now turned into a cemetery for most. You and a few others who had the sense of what is to come, who to be in touch with, and who to ask for help, have managed to stay alive.
You managed to escape from Phlan just in time to stay alive with some of your belongings thanks to your ability to foresee the change that’s headed your way. Being street-wise comes in handy and your survival is a testament to the fact.
